I stayed here to explore the nearby Independence Monument and Royal Palace. The design with outdoor corridors and lush plants really creates a beautiful atmosphere, making it a great escape in the city. The 'jungle pool' was particularly delightful, and my room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after a day out. However, I found the common area Wi-Fi needed improvement since I had to request separate passwords for each space.

The egg station at breakfast was fantastic, giving a lovely personal touch to the meal experience.
Despite the overall comfort, I found the patio of my room to be shared with many others, which felt insecure during my stay.

Forest pool, jacuzzi steam room, rooftop views
The jacuzzi was dirty at check-in, and the only option offered was to clean it after I complained!!! Hot water in the bathtub was yellow, indicating a lack of maintenance and cleanliness. A discount would seem appropriate for such issues!!!

would want to stay there again
I loved the spacious Standard King Room. It had a nice balcony, perfect for coffee from the coffee machine. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom had both a shower and bath. The two outdoor pools felt tropical, while the spa offered amazing massages. Breakfast choices were great with a fantastic coffee machine.

Family with children will love it
The staff is unbelievably kind and made us feel at home. My kids enjoyed the spacious room and the pool area, loved hanging by the Lantern Bar with live music on Fridays.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the experience we had.

The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming
The Forest pool was an exotic escape with a unique drink service button at the sun loungers,, and the breakfast was a delightful blend of Western and Khmer specialties, featuring an egg station.
The rooftop bar's music was distracting at night, making rest challenging. I had to shift rooms due to noise and odors from the bathroom drain, which diminished the experience.

The main pool area stands out as a tranquil escape amid the city, surrounded by lush greenery that enhances the resort-like feel. The modern suite was spacious, making my group's stay very comfortable, and the staff's warmth and flexibility provided a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast featured traditional regional homemade products, which added a delightful local touch to the meal. However, noise from nearby streets occasionally interrupted the serenity, and the lack of more distinct amenities left some expectations unmet.
